Anxiety is treatable using research-based therapy, techniques, and interventions.

Learn how to thrive, not just survive.

Along with other mental health conditions, anxiety can cause distress, dysfunction, and can be extremely time consuming. It can interfere with daily routines and if the anxiety disorder (or other mental health disorder) is left untreated, it can result in negative consequences for you as well as for your loved ones. Equipped with a new set of skills and techniques learned in therapy, you will have the necessary strategies to cope with your anxious feelings, thoughts, unhelpful behaviors, and the everyday anxiety-provoking situations in your life.

Information is powerful.

Frequently, information alone can help you understand your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Awareness of your uncomfortable feelings is not often easy or natural. We will work together to help you understand your thoughts and behaviors, and I will assist you in learning how to effectively deal with those uncomfortable emotions both in and out of the therapeutic setting.

I believe...

The patient, therapist, and sometimes family must collaborate to effectively treat a mental health disorder. The goal of treatment is to provide the client and loved ones with a new set of skills and techniques with which to cope, manage, and treat the issue causing the client discomfort.
